Program Terms and Condition

  • Participant can purchase any value of TNPL products to participate in the TNPL Loyalty program.
  • Based on the invoice uploads, participant shall be eligible for rewards as per the points earned under the campaign, he/she is part of.
  • Membership is non-transferable and subject to terms and conditions.
  • Enrolment becomes effective on acceptance of program terms & conditions when a new member enrols in the Program.
  • We reserve the right to change/extend the program at any point of time with/without prior notice.
  • We shall not be liable for ensuring continued availability of the products covered under the Program.
  • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the program or using any reward.
  • Abuse of the program, including providing false information, failure to follow program policies and procedures, any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by us in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member's account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued, cancellation of previously issued but unused reward points.
  • The Program is subject to prevailing applicable law and regulations. In the event, that the program cannot be continued even after total compliance of the prevailing law at any point of time, program shall be deemed to be discontinued forthwith from the date when the amended law restricting / prohibiting the program comes into force, without any liability on part of TNPL.
  • Section 194R of the income Tax Act, 1961 mandates deduction of tax at source at the rate of 10% by any person who provides any benefit or perquisite exceeding 20,000 in a year to a resident which arises from the business or profession of such resident, but in case of no PAN/ invalid PAN/ inoperative PAN or in case of specified person, TDS rate is 20%.
  • By becoming members of the program, participants agree to receive program notifications, information, communications related to TNPL products and other promotional programs via email, SMS, Whatsapp, Post etc.
  • We may use information that you provide during registration/enrolment to the Program (such as your name, contact number, address and etc.) and you shall provide absolute consent to use such information, relating to your transactions, purchases made of TNPL Products, rewards information for the purpose of:
    • Administering the Program
    • Statistical analysis
    • Sending you news of our special events, offers, promotions and magazines either by post, email, SMS or through any social network
  • Right to withdraw/ discontinue/ terminate any individual's membership under this Program is reserved. Upon membership termination, all points accrued in the account of the User shall also expire immediately. Accordingly, membership of such User shall be closed.
  • No claim or demand shall lie against TNPL as a consequence thereof under any circumstances whatsoever.
  • Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Chennai only.
